This has been years in the making.
Praying. Waiting. Learning. Growing.
And most of all—being patient with God’s timing.
It’s with a full heart and much anticipation that I share this new journey of creativity and hope with you.
If you are an artist—whether by profession, passion, or simply in spirit—you are welcome here. If you find yourself drawn to beauty, longing for expression, or feeling deeply the tensions of this world, you are in the right place. In truth, I believe creativity is woven into all of us.
We live in a time where the world often values function over formation, productivity over presence. Creativity is too often treated as expendable—something that can be replicated by algorithms or replaced by machines.
But here at Woven, we believe human creativity is Holy.
As Madeleine L’Engle beautifully put it,
“Art is a reflection of God’s creativity, an evidence that we are made in the image of God.”
And Calvin Seerveld reminds us,
“Art is about opening up a space for truth to shine, for joy to erupt, and for God to be glorified.”
That is our heart: to open up such a space.
I pray this becomes a place of inspiration and rest, of wisdom and wonder—a space where your faith is deepened, and your calling as a co-creator with God is stirred afresh.
